Down 60lbs in the last 18 months
Training 3 times per week
Alley has not only beaten cancer, but continues to show up day in and day out to fight for a better body… because she’s a fighter #fuckcancer
From being a prison guard and a single mom that doesn’t feel satisfied yet with the 60lbs that she has lost in the last 18 months… Alley is the proof in the pudding that we don’t quit! She continues to show up even when she is not feeling her best and understands that the best medicine is exercise. In the worst of times great things can be achieved with hard work, discipline and dedication to a goal that she has not yet reached but continues to still push forward to achieve!
Alley doesn’t quite understand sometimes that what she is doing is already awesome because she has the constant need to want more… and who doesn’t want to push to be better! I am blessed to have this fighter of life in my corner 3 days a week to continue on this wellness journey of a new beginning and lease on life!!!
Feeling stronger and more confident, improving posture and overall wellbeing
Val is a trooper! She started out in a one day a week bootcamp with me as maybe not one of the strongest as she is approaching 60… but what is age when you have the determination to keep trying. By trying… I mean to keep showing up week after week to do her personal best.
In a room full of 20 people she used the surrounding hopefuls to keep her motivated and pushing on… and boy has she come a long way! Val is now one of my most achieved persons that I train and continues to push me to push her further by requesting certain goals through fitness. For example, performing a head stand, and nailing it!!! I could not be more proud of this lady who honestly doesn’t want to be working out in the gym that we are in as it can be intimidating, but she shows up to put in the work and throw up her blinders to focus on bettering herself for the next 5-10 years (right Val:) with me as the last 5 years together since 2016 have flown by!
Chris Toews is Fit Form Training and honestly blessed to be able to train people to live a healthier and more functional way of life! It's nice to be strong, it's nice to lift things right and not be out of breath when you go up the stairs. It's nice to be able to keep up with your kids, it's nice to look good in the mirror naked and say, “yea, I'm sexy!” Because who doesn’t wanna look good naked!?
Honestly when you look good, you feel good… and all I ever want is for you to smile and appreciate you! Personally being able to lose 45lbs in 16 weeks to compete in kickboxing tournaments to then having a certain client lose 120lbs in 18 months and have it witnessed by a bootcamp of 20 others who I now not only consider my clients but my friends is very rewarding. I never look to be the best. I only want to make others become better, as the best reward for any coach or trainer is for their client or student to surpass their greatness on account of your knowledge and teachings.
A goal on her bucket list, to compete in a bikini competition... and did she ever! Miranda trained 3 days a week to start, then 4 and then bumped it up to 5, knowing full well that that's what it takes to achieve the physique that she has always wanted. She gave Fit Form training her all.. but put it on a bit of a time schedule, she wanted to compete in a bikini competition that was only ten months away.
Well 63lbs later she got first call out at the 2016 Popeyes Fall Classic in Vancouver and out of 16 competitors in her division she placed 4th!!!Way to go Miranda!
Down 63lbs in only 10 months, to a highly toned physique
Training 3 times per week at first, then 4 and 5 times per week
50 lbs. down with a goal to get it done by age 50... and she did it as of May 18th 2019!!! Suzette accomplished her goal with 2 days a week kickboxing followed by weight training and cardio for a 6 day a week regime that worked wonders for her.
Her hard work and “no quit” attitude just goes to show that no matter what, you CAN do it... and she is also now quite the kickboxer too :) Way to go Suzette!!!
Down 50lbs by her personal goal date!
Training 6 times per week, 2 of those sessions kickboxing
From a size 10 down to a size 4 with more to go!!! At 54 years young she is one of the strongest women at the gym.
Constantly pushing to be better for herself day in and day out... not to mention also recently running a 10km in under an hour! Awesome job Darlene.

Anthony Kronshage, 30 years old. We met Jan.4 2016 with a starting weight of 335lbs! That was 15 months ago. We are now down to 205lbs!!! That's 130lbs in just over a year (April 2017).
He started with doing 2 one hour sessions and a one hour bootcamp session. After 6 months of that routine we split it up into 4 half hour sessions. He warmed up with 20 minutes of intervals on the treadmill before each half hour of power. He has continued with the one hour bootcamp as well and keeps on pushing harder and harder every session! Good job Mr. Anthony!!!

Kim trained 5 days a week for 18 months with Fit Form Training before she one day up and decided she wanted to do a fitness bikini show. She never planned for it but thought "Hey I'm in such great shape as a result of my hard work... why not!?"
As a result she earned a WBFF Pro Card in her very first show! Google Kimberly Hoogendoorn for more images. Great Job Kim!
Training 5 times per week
Ryan is one of the hardest working people I know... in and out of the gym. 4 one hour sessions a week has him down 40lbs in 8 months!!! His main goal however is for overall better health and well being.
With his continued efforts he has overcome health issues that were of concern to him and felt that exercise would be the best medicine... and it very well has been. Awesome job Ryan, you are a pleasure to train :)
